JARK Stevenage are URGENTLY looking for Production Operators to contribute to the manufacturing process by efficiently operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring the quality and quantity of output. This role is crucial in maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, and upholding safety standards.

Working hours: STEVENAGE - 08.00 TILL 16.30PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Main responsibilities and accountabilities include:

  • Operate and control manufacturing machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Inspect products for defects, ensuring that they meet quality standards set by our client before they are passed on to the next stage of the production process.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.
  • Strictly adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Suggest and implement measures to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Identify and address issues and work closely with your team solving these issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to meet production goals and address challenges.
  • Participate in training programs on development and health and safety.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
