Jark Stevenage are urgently recruiting for an EXPERIENCED PRESS BREAK OPERATOR for a Stevenage company. This position requires knowledge of the press break and will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the machine.
- Set up and operate press break machine in accordance with production drawings.
- Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
- Set priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
- Perform both visual and dimensional inspections to quality standards.
Experience in the sheet metal industry is required. Monday to Friday 8AM-4.30PM. Overtime available. This role is a temporary to permanent position for the right people.
The company is a sheet metal company, who provides comprehensive fabrication services - typically including cutting, bending, welding and finishing to transform metal sheets (steel, aluminum, stainless steel). They handle anything from custom prototypes to high volume production.
