Jark Stevenage Ltd are recruiting for a Factory Assistant Manager on a Permanent basis. Reporting to the Factory & Procurement Manager, the role is to assist the day-to-day management of the factory across all operational functions in order to deliver finished products on time and to clients' specification. The role includes workload management in short to medium term, people work allocation, performance monitoring, scheduling, LEAN and general maintenance.
Responsibilities also include working in accordance with the company policies in terms of Quality Management System, Health and Safety as well as the Environmental policies.

- The daily management of the manufacturing factory
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of labour
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. Other duties will be to ensure that the finished goods area is organised based on the delivery schedule to reduce the downtime for delivery drivers when loading their vehicle.
Monday to Friday 06.00 start. Immediate interviews available. Permanent position.
