JARK Stevenage Ltd are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team with an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into recruitment as a career.

The successful Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Interacting on the phone with candidates and clients
  • Communicating with candidates that are working and processing time sheets.
  • Working as an effective team member and assisting the rest of the team
  • Ensuring colleagues are kept informed of any problems or opportunities relating to clients and candidates.
  • Writing job specs and posting adverts
  • On call once per month with on call payment of £100 paid

The Recruitment Administrator will have:

  • Proven background in administration
  • Recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Team player attitude
  • Excellent coordination and communication
  • High level of organization
  • Strong IT skills
