JARK Stevenage Ltd are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team with an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into recruitment as a career.
The successful Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for:
- Interacting on the phone with candidates and clients
- Communicating with candidates that are working and processing time sheets.
- Working as an effective team member and assisting the rest of the team
- Ensuring colleagues are kept informed of any problems or opportunities relating to clients and candidates.
- Writing job specs and posting adverts
- On call once per month with on call payment of £100 paid
The Recruitment Administrator will have:
- Proven background in administration
- Recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential
- Team player attitude
- Excellent coordination and communication
- High level of organization
- Strong IT skills
