We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Stevenage. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations while acting as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing general office administration and operations
- Handling customer and supplier enquiries by telephone and email
- Processing orders, invoices and related documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Supporting warehouse and management teams with administrative tasks
- Using Sage 50 for accounting and office functions
- Preparing and updating spreadsheets and reports in Microsoft Excel

Requirements:
