- To be trained in operating CNC, Laser and Zund machines, and operate when required.
- To familiarise with all aspects of production, and work with colleagues to develop new skills.
- To be fully aware of deadlines and make managers aware when these are at risk.
- To ensure good housekeeping practices & ensure all machinery kept in fully maintained and safe condition within their responsibility..
- To be aware of the company’s health & safety policy and requirements.
- Ensure a high level of care and accuracy with all operations.
- To be flexible and prepared to do overtime if required.
- To undertake tasks in a safe manner that poses no threat of potential hazard to oneself or third parties.
- Deal with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
