An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join my client's team and be part of our online operation based in Biggleswade to help assist in the running of the customer services department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and exciting division of a well-established business. My client is one of the UK's leading Electrical Wholesalers.

Due to the success of the division, we are now looking for an additional Customer Service Advisor. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30. This position will be based at our facility in Biggleswade on a temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to customers and internal branches.
  • Processing customers' website placed orders.
  • Processing internal branches placed orders.
  • Conversing with customers via online chat and e-mail.
  • Assisting customers when using our website.
  • General office duties.

Skills:

  • Computer literate.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Services environment is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Full training will be provided internally on our own in-house computer system.
  • Successful applicants will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and hard working with a positive and friendly attitude.
