We are looking for a skilled and reliable Bench Joiner to join our busy packaging client based in Letchworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling wooden packaging products including crates, pallets, and bespoke timber packaging solutions. This role is a temporary to permanent position with an immediate start.

  • Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber products
  • Building custom wooden crates, pallets, and packaging units
  • Maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets
  • Keeping the work area clean and following health & safety procedures
  • Previous bench joinery or woodworking experience preferred
  • Ability to use woodworking machinery and tools
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual work
