I am urgently seeking a Warehouse Operations Controller for my client based in Letchworth for a permanent role and an immediate start. JOB SUMMARY / OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE: As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of my clients Warehouse Operation at their Letchworth warehouse and Barnsley satellite warehouse. You will oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, order fulfilment, logistics, and personnel management. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Warehouse Management: Lead, plan, and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Oversee inventory management, including accurate recordkeeping, cycle counting, and reconciling discrepancies. Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum space utilization. Drive continuous improvement across processes, workflow, inventory, and efficiency through the development and implementation of effective strategies.
