Warehouse Stock Control Lead – VNA Licence Required Location: Leamington Spa Pay Rate: £14.75 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm The Opportunity We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Stock Control Lead to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Leamington Spa. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with previous warehouse stock control experience, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to take responsibility for stock accuracy and day-to-day warehouse operations. The successful candidate must hold a valid VNA licence and be comfortable undertaking some manual handling and heavy lifting as part of the role. Key Responsibilities Overseeing and maintaining accurate warehouse stock levels. Managing stock movements, including goods in and goods out. Conducting regular stock checks and investigating stock discrepancies. Ensuring stock is correctly stored and warehouse locations are maintained. Supporting and coordinating daily warehouse activities. Operating VNA trucks safely and efficiently. Ensuring warehouse procedures and stock control processes are followed. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Skills & Experience Required Valid VNA licence – essential. Previous experience in warehouse stock control. Strong organisational and administration skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. A proactive, hands-on approach to warehouse operations. Comfortable with manual handling and some heavy lifting. What's On Offer? Competitive hourly rate of £14.75 – £15.00, depending on experience.
