My client are looking for a Day Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join their team and be part of their Online Operation based in Royston, Hertfordshire. This role will be training on day shift and then moving to Late Shift (phone number removed) from November 2025 for Xmas peak. This is a temporary position only for the lead up to Christmas only. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very established, stable business. Duties will include the supervision of all warehouse staff through all functions including Picking, Packing, Despatch, Goods Inwards and Pick Bin Replenishment. Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 07.00-15.00 and moving to night shift Tuesday to Friday 14.00-22.00 and Saturday 09.00-16.30. An initial period of time on the day shift will be required whilst training is undertaken. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience • Supervisory experience in a large busy Warehouse environment is essential • Must be computer literate • Successful applicants will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and hard working with a positive attitude • The ability to adhere to timescales and to proactively organise staffing levels to ensure deadlines are met is essential • Previous experience in using hand held scanners and conveyor systems would be advantageous So if you are looking to join an established nationwide company then this is the company for you.
