My client in the WF6 area requires an experienced Fabricator.
Duties of the Role:
- Working as part of our Metal Fabrication team, you will be fabricating sheet metal products based on technical drawings provided.
- The position will involve cutting, folding and bending sheet metal in accordance with design instructions.
- Daily tasks will include welding, riveting, bolting, reading and taking measurements, and manoeuvring material around the factory.
Experience in the signage industry is an advantage, alongside good technical and mathematical skills. Being able to read and understand technical drawings is also a major advantage.
Successful applicants will require a good understanding of health and safety practices and be comfortable using hand power tools. Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to carry and lift heavy sheets will be required.
Additional skills such as TIG welding, MIG welding, and experience using CNC machinery will be of benefit.
