My client, an Engineering company based in Stourport-on-Severn is looking to recruit a Plastics Operative on a Temp to Perm basis.
The main functions of the role include:
- Manufacturing components based on customer drawings
- Advise senior management of any manufacturing issues
- Ensure department is fully stocked of tools and raw materials at all times, liaising with buying team as required
- Support with improving quality of components at all times
- Develop and approve proto-type products
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role working with Plastic Mould machines
- An ability to read Technical/Engineering drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
- Comfortable to use your own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
The hours for this role are Mon-Thurs 0700 -1600 with a 1300 finish on Fridays.
