Jark Cambridge are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading building services installation contractor for a Mechanical Site Manager to be based in Norwich. The position will be based on a commercial contract on the outskirts of Norwich and will involve overseeing all mechanical installations including heating systems and sanitaryware.
You will be managing a small team of subcontractors and will be the main point of contact for the end client liaising with them on a day-to-day basis. You will have overall responsibility for health and safety on the site and will need to plan the work being carried out in advance and ensure materials are available to be used when required.
Ideally you will have a previous background in a similar Mechanical Manager role and have a qualification such as an NVQ in plumbing and heating. You will require a current SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. A current First Aid qualification will also be required.
The company offers an attractive basic salary along with a package including private healthcare and pension.
