Nightshift Warehouse Manager

My client, based in the Pershore area, is looking to recruit a Nightshift Warehouse Manager on a Temp to Perm basis . This role involves a 4on/4off Night shift . (Apply online only)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the Nightshift Warehouse team
2. Manage Customer returns
3. Support with loading and unloading of deliveries
4. Manage Agency staff on site, including managing absences
5. Ensure Health and Safety compliance at all times
6. Debrief drivers and manage paperwork appropriately

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar Warehouse role
• Current FLT license, ideally PPT is essential
• Experience managing a small team is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Experience in a Chilled Warehouse Environment is essential

The pay rate is between £15 and £17 per hour. Expected hours: 48 per week.
