A regional award-winning M&E contractor, with a rich history of delivering incredible projects across London and surrounding counties, is searching for a Mechanical Project Manager.
Jark Cambridge is proud to represent this market-leading M&E firm, specializing in delivering projects ranging from Education, Healthcare, bespoke residential, arts & leisure, student accommodation, and corporate offices. These projects typically range from £500K-£6.5million. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be based out of their head office near Dartford but will be expected to travel to projects across the business.
Performance Objectives
- Completion of contracts – Handover.
- Variations – Ensuring that these works are highlighted to the office.
- Ordering stock and materials.
- Maintaining a WIP tracker – Stock and work in progress figures must be produced at the end of the month by the contracts team. It will be your duty to assist the office management with the required information to allow these figures to be submitted.
- Labour budget management.
- Supervision of quality.
- Quality assurance.
- Resolution of on-site issues.
- Contract negotiation.
Person Specification
- Previous Industrial & commercial management experience is preferred.
- First aid qualified.
- Ambitious and hands-on approach to projects.
- Longevity within previous positions.
