My client in the Atworth area require experienced Mechanical Fitters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in working with hand tools and power tools. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling vechicle components to meet precise specifications. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials. Install Panels on vechicles Seak joints with Gel coatings Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any fabrication issues. Requirements Proven experience as a Fitter or in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineeringsector. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand drawings. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
