The Role
- Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover.
- Manage Healthcare refurbishment and new-build projects.
- Oversee mechanical packages up to £5.5m.
- Ensure programme delivery, manage labour and subcontractors.
- Maintain client relationships and site coordination.
- Ensure health & safety compliance.
- Work on procurement and commercial awareness alongside commercial teams.
- Handle commissioning and project handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services.
- Strong healthcare project experience preferred.
- Experience delivering projects from refurbishments to new builds.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Stable employment background within M&E / mechanical contracting.
