We are working with a well-established and highly respected building services and facilities management company based in Hertford. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join their team.

The Role
As M&E Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of commercial mechanical and electrical projects up to £1.5 million in value, along with small works and maintenance contracts up to £1 million. You will oversee projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing M&E commercial projects up to £1.5m.
- Overseeing small works and maintenance contracts up to £1m.
- Full project lifecycle management (pre-construction through to handover).
- Budget control, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Programme management and resource planning.
- Managing subcontractors and direct labour.
- Client liaison and stakeholder management.
- Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations and company procedures.
- Producing and managing project documentation.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks.
