My client, a food production company in the Tewkesbury area, is looking to recruit a Production Team Leader on a Temp to Perm basis. This position will require you to work on rotating shifts with start times of 05:30 and 13:30, working 5 days out of 7.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team on a daily basis
- Ensure the highest working standards are met at all times
- Ensure Production targets are met
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
- Report any maintenance or production issues in accordance with company procedures
- Have a flexible approach to meet company needs during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Team Leader in a busy production environment, ideally within Food industry
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety
- Positive attitude and a desire to create a good working environment for your team
- Ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and ensure production targets are met

The starting pay rate for this position is £14.54 per hour which will increase with further training.
