My client, a food production company in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit a Production Team Leader on a Temp to Perm basis. This position will require you to work on rotating shifts with start times of both 05:15 and then 13:30, working 5 days out of 7.
Responsibilities
- As part of the leadership team you will offer strong communication skills and a desire to ensure your team is performing at its maximum capabilities.
- Lead and motivate your team on a daily basis.
- Ensure the highest working standards are met at all times.
- Ensure Production targets are met.
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
- Report any maintenance or production issues in accordance with company procedures.
- Have a flexible approach to meet company needs during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Team Leader in a busy production environment, ideally within the Food industry.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Positive attitude and a desire to create a good working environment for your team.
- Ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and ensure production targets are met.
