My client based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit a Chilled Warehouse Team Leader on a Permanent basis. This role requires you to work 5 days out of 7 with shifts starting at 6am.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Warehouse team for picking and returns of chilled goods
  • Control stock movement
  • Supervise loading and unloading of deliveries
  • Monitor staff on site, helping staff develop professionally
  • Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
  • Debriefing drivers and managing paperwork appropriately

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar Warehouse role
  • Current FLT license, ideally PPT would be beneficial
  • Experience of managing a small team would be ideal
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Experience in a Chilled Warehouse Environment is ideal

The pay-rate is £14.12 an hour to start, that will increase to £15.42 in due course.
