Chilled Warehouse Team Leader

My client based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit a Chilled Warehouse Team Leader on a Permanent basis.

This role requires you to work 5 days out of 7 with shifts starting at 6am.

Responsibilities

Lead the Warehouse team for picking and returns of chilled goods

Control stock movement

Supervise loading and unloading of deliveries

Monitor staff on site, helping staff develop professionally

Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times

Debriefing drivers and managing paperwork appropriately

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar Warehouse role

Current FLT license, ideally PPT would be beneficial

Experience of managing a small team would be ideal

Good communication skills are essential

Experience in a Chilled Warehouse Environment is ideal

The pay-rate is £14.12 an hour to start, that will increase to £15.42 with training.
