My client based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit a Chilled Warehouse Team Leader on a Permanent basis

This role requires you to work 5 days out of 7 with shifts starting at 6am
The main responsibilities includes
β Lead the Warehouse team for picking and returns of chilled goods
β Control stock movement
β Supervise loading and unloading of deliveries
β Monitor staff on site, helping staff develop professionally
β Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
β Debriefing drivers and managing paperwork appropriately
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
β previous experience in a similar Warehouse role
β Current FLT license, ideally PPT would be beneficial
β Experience of managing a small team xiskglj would be ideal
β Good communication skills are essential
β Experience in a Chilled Warehouse Environment is ideal
The pay-rate is Β£14.12 an hour to start, that will increase to Β£15.42 with training
