My client based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit a Chilled Warehouse Team Leader on a Permanent basis

This role requires you to work 5 days out of 7 with shifts starting at 6am
The main responsibilities includes
– Lead the Warehouse team for picking and returns of chilled goods
– Control stock movement
– Supervise loading and unloading of deliveries
– Monitor staff on site, helping staff develop professionally
– Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
– Debriefing drivers and managing paperwork appropriately
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
– previous experience in a similar Warehouse role
– Current FLT license, ideally PPT would be beneficial
– Experience of managing a small team xiskglj would be ideal
– Good communication skills are essential
– Experience in a Chilled Warehouse Environment is ideal
The pay-rate is £14.12 an hour to start, that will increase to £15.42 with training
