Are you an ambitious Electrical Project Manager, lacking support and progression in your current role? A regional award-winning M&E contractor, with a rich history of delivering incredible projects across East Anglia and London, is searching for an Electrical Project Manager.
Jark Cambridge are proud to be representing this market-leading M&E firm who specialise in delivering projects ranging from Education, Healthcare, bespoke, arts & leisure, student accommodation, and corporate offices. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be based out of their head office in Cambridge but will be expected to travel to projects across the business.
Performance Objectives:- Manage and deliver Commercial projects ranging from £1M-6M
- Oversee project from conception to completion and experience in both Design and Build as well as traditional.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage installations.
- Manage and plan commissioning and ensure satisfactory handover of project including client familiarisation.
- Compilation and production of testing, handover and O&M documentation at completion.
- Ensure all Electrical works are carried out in compliance with specification, drawings, and industry standards.
- Develop project program and record progress, delays and disruption including capturing contract variations.
- Previous commercial management experience is preferred.
- First aid qualified.
- Hold a current SMSTS/SSSTS certification and CSCS card.
- Ambitious and hands-on approach to projects.
- Longevity within previous positions.
