Jark Cambridge are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a call centre Manager based at their office near Bottisham.
The company provides Plumbing & Electrical services to households in and around the Cambridge area and they are looking for someone to manage a team of 5 people dealing with inbound customer enquiries either on the phone or via email.
You will need to be highly organised, have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage a small team on a day-to-day basis.
Hours of work can be flexible but the standard ones are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
