My client, a Manufacturing/Engineering company based in the Malvern Area is looking to recruit an Assembly Operative on a Temp to Perm basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants that first step into a management position as it will come with some supervisory responsibilities with full training given to allow for professional development.
The main focus of the role will be as follows:
- Mechanical and Electric Assembly following build books and technical drawings
- Testing equipment as required
- Function testing
- Fault Analysis
- Working as part of a small team
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role with either mechanical or electrical assembly
- An ability to follow instructions both visually and verbally
- An ability to work to deadlines
- Motivated to work independently
- Strong Communication skills
- Physically fit as there is some lifting and carrying required
This role is Mon-Thurs (Apply online only) with a 1500 finish on Fridays and the starting pay-rate will be £12.78 an hour. As you progress into the role the pay-rate will increase.
