Assembly Operative- Electrical

My client, a Manufacturing/Engineering company based in the Malvern Area is looking to recruit an Assembly Operative on a Temp to Perm basisThis opportunity is ideal for someone who wants that first step into a management position as it will come with some supervisory responsibilities with full training given to allow for professional development The main focus of the role will be as follows- Mechanical and Electric Assembly following build books and technical drawings- Testing equipment as required- Function testing- Fault Analysis- Working as part of a small teamAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- previous experience in a similar role with either mechanical or electrical assembly- an ability to follow instructions both visually and verbally- an ability to work to deadlines- motivated to work independently- Strong Communication skills- By physically fit as there is some lifting and carrying requiredThis role is Mon-Thurs 0745-1630 with a 1500 finish on Fridays and the starting par-rate will be £12.78 an hour.
