Accessory Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Accessory Designer to join our dynamic team. Ideally you will have experience working with a creative team, working directly with customers and bringing ideas to life with your design skills and technical ability.

Duties

Commercial experience (preferably in Marchandise/Apparel)
Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather and understand business requirements.
Experience creating Tech packs for manufacturing
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Work with stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to product design.

Requirements:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with tools like InVision, Balsamiq, and Zeplin.
Experience in creating user interfaces that meet business requirements while providing an excellent user experience.
A keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Previous experience working in a collaborative team environment is preferred.
Preferable knowledge in sports products.
