TPS (Trade Parts Service) provide independent garages and body shops with the high-quality genuine Parts and Products which customers need to ensure they can service and repair Volkswagen group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group along with Audi, SEAT, SKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

About the role?
• Lead, manage and motivate a Team of Parts Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets
• Alongside the Centre Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and Sales targets are met.
• Conduct regular 1-1s and provide the team with guidance/coaching when required to ensure they excel within their role.
• Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
• Maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity.
What you will bring:
• A proven track record of Sales Team Management experience gained in a B2B environment and the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of Parts Sales Executives.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
• A passion or interest within the automotive industry
• Result and Target driven
• The ability to communicate with key stakeholders and build long lasting relationships.
