Anglian Water is seeking a Senior Payroll Advisor to join the People Services team on a hybrid basis, primarily home-based with one day per week in Huntingdon. You will lead payroll activities for ~6,750 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficient service delivery.
You will support the Payroll Manager, guide colleagues, handle complex queries, and drive process improvements across payroll. A strong UK payroll background and SAP/Workday experience are essential.
