About Us

We are a fast-growing consumer goods business with five established brands , selling across multiple online marketplaces throughout the UK and internationally.

We're launching new products at pace and investing heavily in growing our third-party marketplace presence.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role responsible for managing and growing our third‑party marketplaces, including

Tik Tok Shop, Temu, e Bay, Debenhams, B&Q Marketplace, The Range, Tesco Marketplace , with opportunities to support Amazon UK as the business continues to grow.

You’ll own the day‑to‑day performance of these channels, working closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Operations and Customer Service to maximise sales, optimise profitability and ensure best‑in‑class marketplace execution.

Key Responsibilities Commercial Performance

  • Take ownership of the day‑to‑day performance of multiple online marketplaces.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong profitability across each marketplace.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies to remain competitive while protecting margins.
  • Plan and execute promotions, seasonal events and marketplace campaigns.
  • Analyse marketplace performance, identify trends and recommend actions to drive growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend commercial actions.
  • Listings & Product Launches
  • Launch new products across all assigned marketplaces.
  • Optimise listings, titles, bullet points, images and product content.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, compliant and up to date.
  • Resolve listing issues and maintain excellent account health across all marketplaces.
  • Advertising
  • Plan, manage and optimise marketplace advertising where available.
  • Optimise advertising performance, ROAS and overall profitability.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Stock & Operations
  • Work closely with Purchasing to support demand forecasting and stock planning.
  • Monitor stock availability to minimise missed sales opportunities.
  • Produce weekly and monthly marketplace performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Purchasing, Operations and Customer Service to continually improve marketplace performance.
  • Support the launch of new marketplace channels as the business continues to expand.
  • Assist with Amazon UK marketplace activity as responsibilities grow.
  • Experience managing one or more online marketplaces.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales growth and profitability.
  • Experience managing pricing strategies and promotional activity.
  • Excellent analytical skills with confidence interpreting sales and performance data.
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and data analysis.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Experience with

Tik Tok Shop, Temu, e Bay, Debenhams, B&Q Marketplace, The Range, Tesco Marketplace, On Buy or similar platforms.

  • Experience using

Mirakl marketplace platforms.

  • Experience using

Trade Peg or similar marketplace management software.

  • Experience managing marketplace advertising.
  • Knowledge of inventory forecasting and stock planning.
  • Experience using

Amazon Seller Central .

  • Understanding of marketplace SEO and listing optimisation.
