About the job & company: At our company, we’ve built in-house brands & sold products that have become “best sellers” on the most popular shopping sites and platforms in Britain. We are now looking for someone to help scale our presence across the next generation of online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms around the globe. Based in NW London, our team has already rolled out our new marketplaces - which means we are looking for someone ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute marketplace growth strategy across high-volume ecommerce channels, driving scalable revenue and market share expansion.
  • Deliver & present data-led commercial insights through performance analytics, forecasting, and KPI reporting to support decision-making.
  • Lead end-to-end marketplace optimisation, including product launches, catalogue architecture, conversion strategy and trading performance.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across marketing, operations, supply chain, and digital commerce to maximise operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Own marketplace growth strategy with full P&L responsibility across revenue, profitability, advertising spend & marketing budget.

Who we are looking for:

  • If you have experience and thrive in fast moving ecommerce environments - this could be for you.
  • Proven experience turning data into commercial growth.
  • Experience in scaling FMCG or similar industry through online marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace styles, trading, digital commerce, marketing & infrastructure.
  • Track record of managing growth orientated portfolio through positioning and profitability.
  • Highly analytical & confident in data, forecasting, reporting, tech & decision making.
  • Comfortable with team growth, high level communication and ambitious.
