At Janus Europe, we’re on a mission to drive smart, data-led growth through meaningful marketing. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic Sales & Marketing team by managing our CRM and automation platforms, creating insights from data, and helping deliver campaigns that connect and convert.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage our CRM system — ensuring data quality, compliance, and reporting.
• Track and process sales enquiries, supporting lead conversion.
• Create marketing and customer insight reports that drive decision-making.
• Research competitors, customers, and markets to fuel innovation.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media & automation.
• Support event planning, webinars, and branded content.
• Coordinate creative assets, SharePoint content, and branded merchandise.
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners on ad hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of marketing experience
• A marketing qualification (desirable)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• CRM & marketing automation experience
• Project management and multitasking skills
• Canva or similar design tools (a plus)
• Bonus: Fluency in a European language
