We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic Sales & Marketing team by managing our CRM and automation platforms, creating insights from data, and helping deliver campaigns that connect and convert.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage our CRM system — ensuring data quality, compliance, and reporting.
- Track and process sales enquiries, supporting lead conversion.
- Create marketing and customer insight reports that drive decision-making.
- Research competitors, customers, and markets to fuel innovation.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media & automation.
- Support event planning, webinars, and branded content.
- Coordinate creative assets, SharePoint content, and branded merchandise.
- Collaborate across departments and with external partners on ad hoc projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- A marketing qualification (desirable)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- CRM & marketing automation experience
- Project management and multitasking skills
- Canva or similar design tools (a plus)
- Bonus: Fluency in a European language
