Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes for automation opportunities.
- Participate in discovery projects to evaluate current workflows and recommend areas for improvement.
- Support the design, development, and deployment of automated solutions using tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), workflow platforms, and scripting languages.
- Implement low-code solutions (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, AppSheet, Mendix, etc.) where appropriate to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and test automation solutions.
- Monitor automated processes for performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business process automation and low-code platforms.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed study in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in technology, business process improvement, and automation.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Nice to have skills
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA).
- Familiarity or interest in low-code/no-code platforms.
