We are looking for an experienced hire to join the team at an exciting and critical time for the firm as the middle office transitions to an in-house model. The role will have a particular focus on voluntary and mandatory-with-options corporate actions across the full event lifecycle, from announcement and event validation through to election, instruction, entitlement processing, settlement and reconciliation.Validate event data from multiple sources and maintain an accurate golden copy, investigating and resolving discrepancies in critical event information.Risk, Controls and Process ImprovementAdhere to documented procedures and controls, identify operational risks and escalate issues promptly, contributing to incident reporting and remediation.Support audit and regulatory reviews by providing accurate data, documentation and explanations as required.Participate in operational projects, including user testing, procedural updates, and system or process enhancements.Stakeholder Support & CollaborationBuild strong working relationships with Portfolio Managers, Reconciliations, Pricing, Trade Support, Compliance and other key stakeholders.Oversee custodian and vendor service quality, raising service issues and taking part in service reviews where needed.
