Overview
In this role you partner with business users to convert friction into AI and data solutions that reach production.
You will be part of a firm-wide AI transformation, embedding with desks to shape problems and deliver reusable, scalable capabilities.
You’ll own end-to-end delivery from first conversation to live running, contributing to firm-wide investment capabilities and governance.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional engineering position with a strong emphasis on real impact and collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Embed with the business by sitting with users to understand workflows and friction
- Partner with AI Enablement Partners to surface and deliver demand
- Design, build, and productionise complex AI solutions from prototype to live running
- Own architecture decisions keeping security, scalability, and enterprise alignment
- Build investment capability on Nexus and expose it firm-wide via Accio and Nexus
- Source data through APIs and enterprise systems and curate views for business use
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and observability; help with governance checkpoints
- Collaborate across AI function and ensure solutions meet security and governance standards
- Key requirements
- Four+ years in a technical, business-facing engineering role
- Strong Python and SQL with a track record of production-grade applications
- Production experience with LLMs including prompt/context engineering, agent development, evaluation, and deployment at scale
- Hands-on experience building agentic capability (MCP servers, tools, or connectors)
- Experience building data pipelines from APIs and enterprise systems and modeling data into business-facing views
- Working knowledge of Azure or a major cloud with CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure as code
- Excellent stakeholder skills and ability to operate with ambiguity in a regulated environment
