Responsibilities
- Fund launches and closures
- Fund mergers and restructures
- In‑specie transfers
- Large client transitions
- Complex client product solutions
- Coordinate Fund Operations product change activities to ensure an aligned approach.
- Understand balance sheet and profit and loss account.
- Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact, working with Product, Compliance and TPAs.
- Coordinate large redemptions process to ensure fair treatment of investors, liaising with stakeholders and managing the redemptions working group.
- Assist with application of the Swing Pricing Policy, including regular analysis to ensure its effectiveness.
- Assist with complex NAV issues and resolve queries raised by internal and external parties.
- Test and implement performance fee models as required.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Extensive Fund Accounting and NAV experience, including swing pricing, fair value and performance fee mechanisms.
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility for tasks and apply sound judgement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish good working relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Enthusiastic, approachable and able to work well across the team.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
