Be part of a global engineering team, engaged in client-side 3rd line technical support, problem diagnosis and change implementation. Provide consultancy to Technology teams and the business (EUC). Contribute to the success of Projects and other transformational change programs. Deliver appropriate change into the Production environment, in adherence to Information Security policies and Change Management best practices. Be responsible for maintaining desktop management platforms. Provide guidance and training to regional 1st and 2nd line Service Desk support teams. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions, constantly seeking to enhance processes and the general environment. Occasionally required to work out of hours.
