Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility and ownership of production of all ranges of factsheets, commentaries and other BAU tasks including -
- Vermilion pre-checks and monthly running
- Disclaimer changes
- South African Quarterly MDD's
- Client bespoke reports
- Statement mailing (6 monthly)
- DC Institutional updates (quarterly)
- Procedure update - 6 monthly at minimum.
- Maintain communication logs for the factsheet process.
- Ongoing project management support of all factsheets and ad hoc projects, alongside the IT Team.
- Involvement in large volumes of detailed testing of new systems as necessary.
- Resolution of queries, both internal and external, including management of the team inbox.
- Peer review of other team member's work.
- Become a subject matter expert for our internal data systems, Vermilion. Where required, training of others to enable self-service.
- Be attentive to regulatory changes, brand guidelines, and product strategy to create up-to-date reporting deliverables.
- Compilation of monthly/quarterly management information.
- Continually improve processes and ways of working to the benefit of the end client to deliver upon Janus Henderson's client experience strategy.

Qualifications
- Previous factsheet and/or reporting experience essential, 1-3 years preferred
- Experience of working in the investment management industry, with good knowledge of investment products & markets
- Some understanding of regulatory framework with particular focus on Consumer Duty, and FCA/ESMA rules relating to financial promotions
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication, evidencing the ability to connect with every level within the organisation
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Highly organised , confident, decisive, focused, and enthusiastic self-starter
- Capable of working under pressure, with large volumes of work, and to tight deadlines
- Understand the need to establish effective objectives and priorities as well as management of expectations
- Adept at working as part of an effective team as well as autonomously
- Attention to detail
