Your opportunity:
- Lead the design, development and delivery of specific product initiatives in UK, Ireland and Luxembourg including new funds and strategies, product amendments and enhancements and corporate actions.
- Work with investments and distribution leads to oversee the existing fund range as well as develop new tactical and strategic solutions.
- Ensure the approval of product initiatives through the JHI product governance process, including fund board and management company approvals.
- Ensure key stakeholders are kept fully informed on project delivery, progress and issues arising.
- Lead relationships with other internal departments on any in-scope product related issues.
- Committee and board representation as appropriate.
- Field queries and issues relating to the product proposition, its design and operating model.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills:
- Knowledge and experience of European cross-border funds (UK, Luxembourg and Ireland) and detailed understanding of the UCITS regulatory regime.
- Proven track record of delivering European product development.
- Ability to work closely with, and influence, portfolio managers, other front office personnel and executives.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to liaise with senior management, peers and other team members.
- Understanding of the drivers and processes integral to successful product development and management.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
