Your opportunity:

  • Deliver frequent skills assessments and identify competency gaps within members of the Distribution team.
  • Create and effectively socialize consistent product narratives on our focus strategies.
  • Design and develop teaching aids, such as training presentations and interactive exercises.
  • Monitor and evaluate trainings, assess results, and implement enhancements as needed to ensure content is positively received.
  • Seek constant feedback from Sales Leadership regarding effectiveness and timeliness of training content.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills:

  • Established relationships across all supporting Sales Distribution partners such as Product Management, Product Development, and Investment Specialists.
  • Broad exposure and knowledge of asset management business and capital markets.
  • 3+ years of financial, asset management, or investment industry experience.

Nice to have skills:

  • 4+ years of direct sales experience.
  • Proficient in building sales training curriculums.
  • Extensive public speaking experience.
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce.com, Allego, Zoom, and Microsoft tools.
  • Advanced utilization of PowerPoint and Excel.
