Your opportunity:

• Maintain the global commentary production schedule and ensure obligations are recorded in all applicable systems.
• Engage with business partners, Content Team Managers, and associates across the production cycle to work through new commentary requests.
• Work with Content Manager to improve efficiency and focus, monitoring commentary delivery dates and optimizing reach.
• Develop expertise in commentary production systems and handle daily troubleshooting.
• Oversee vendor relationships with external writing and editing staff.
• Establish an understanding of Janus Henderson’s priority products and become an expert in our vehicle offerings.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across Investments, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, and Compliance.
• Support the broader Global Content Team through thought leadership schedule maintenance and global content publication.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills:

• Project management and relationship management expertise.
• Diligence, strong planning, and implementation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and project workflow tools.
• Collaborative approach, willing to get involved in all aspects of the business.

Nice to have skills:

• Degree-level education in business, finance, project management, or similar.
• Knowledge of investments and financial markets.
• Client reporting or servicing experience.
• Experience with SharePoint, Azure, Vermilion, WordPress, and/or Bloomberg.
• Resourcefulness in identifying inefficiencies and seeking process enhancements.

Potential for growth:
