TPA Governance & Oversight Role
This role will oversee/govern the management of key vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving value through effective negotiation, collaboration, and innovation.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key vendors, acting as a point of contact and fostering collaboration to drive mutual success.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Track performance metrics, monitor vendor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, including service disruptions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments such as operations, finance, risk & compliance, and IT to ensure alignment of vendor management activities with overall business objectives.
- Vendor Governance: Establish governance structures and processes to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
Middle Office and Custody Services
- Fund Administration - NAV production, Financial Reporting and Fund Tax Services
- Performance Measurement and Client Reporting
- Facilitate a risk assessment and due-diligence site visit program
- Produce and present monthly governance reporting to senior management
- Co-ordinate and stakeholder manage the TPA Change process and pipeline (small change and key project initiatives with TPAs), as well as producing key MI
- Support allocated projects, enhancements and TPA Change Controls ensuring service level descriptions are in place
- Assist in the maintenance of internal and TPA risk and controls monitoring
- Produce monthly MI reporting on TPA performance

Demonstrate leadership by owning the Governance and Oversight relationship for TPAs where the individual acts as key contact for escalation internally and particularly externally.
