Responsibilities

  • Support short-term and medium-term cash forecasting; coordinate with teams to identify and mitigate forecasting variances.
  • Support visibility into cash balances, monitor cash positioning, and optimize cash yields within risk parameters.
  • Assist with payment process to ensure payments are paid accurately and timely and adhere to strict internal sign-off controls and procedures.
  • Monitor bank fees, counterparty exposure, bank inquiries, and other related matters.
  • Maintain strong communications with banks, financial service providers, and teams across the organization to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Analyze and mitigate global currency exposures by working closely with finance, accounting, and business personnel throughout the company.
  • Provide analytical support for evaluating initiatives which include capital allocation, facility financing, seed capital, and hedge programs.
  • Support treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and preparation of any necessary reporting.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate treasury experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with proven ability to build complex models, impactful analyses, and presentations.
  • Good working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Ability to work with minimal direction with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a high degree of self-initiative with an ability to learn and tackle new challenges.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills with the ability to manage several tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make reasoned decisions both independently and in a consultative and collaborative environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of debt capital markets.
  • Experience with treasury specific software (e.g. Kyriba).
  • Experience with dashboard reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude).
  • Certifications including CTP, CFA, CPA or equivalent.
