Your Opportunity
Assist key areas of our EMEA & LatAm Client Group Governance and Oversight, particularly in Customer Governance and Investor Protection, Distribution Oversight, and Business Engagement. Provide consistent, insightful reporting to JHI fund and management boards, internal committees, and senior management. Support corporate projects and collaborate with senior managers across the Client Group and broader business.
Responsibilities
- Customer Governance and Investor Protection
- Act as a customer advocate and consumer regulation subject matter expert, focusing on investor protection regulation within Janus Henderson.
- Support embedding of good consumer outcomes and fair treatment of customers within the Client Group and across the wider business.
- Provide administrative support to the UK Customer Interests Committee – scheduling meetings, preparing board packs, minutes, and collating specific consumer reporting and management information.
- Engage with the UK regulated Board for Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) – provide quarterly board management information, reporting and annual Consumer Duty Board reports.
- Represent the Client Group (and customers) to other internal governance committees.
- Provide a centre of excellence for consumer testing, research, and feedback.
- Understand the regulatory obligations of the firm and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable to the role.
- Distribution Oversight
- Support the management governance and oversight of the Client Group.
- Provide administrative support to the UK EMEA Distribution Oversight Committee – schedule meetings, prepare board packs, minutes, and collate specific reporting and management information.
- Engage with UK regulated Boards, EU Management Company, and EU Fund Board – compile board reports and collate specific reporting and management information.
- Support distributor due diligence and feedback processes, track and collate Consumer Duty distributor to manufacturer feedback.
- Business Engagement
- Build cross‑functional relationships and collaboration within the Client Group to improve delivery and success.
- Engage and implement regulatory change projects and strategic corporate projects within the Client Group.
- Collaborate with internal departments across the Janus Henderson business to ensure positive interactions and understanding of the EMEA & LatAm Client Group.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
