Your opportunity

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning our overall business strategy to our CFO strategy. You will provide financial insights and guidance to support decision-making across Technology and Investments COO functions.

  • Strategically partner with Technology and Investments COO leadership teams (up to ExCo level)
  • Support your key stakeholders through the provision of expense reporting and insightful analysis to support decision making, drive firm wide efficiencies and optimize cost base over a multi-year horizon
  • Provide critical finance support on business led projects, including our multi-year AI transformation program. This includes buy/build analysis, benefit tracking, efficiency optimization and process re-design
  • Responsible for end-to-end budgeting and forecasting, highlighting key risks and opportunities to budget and scorecards as part of the reporting process
  • Support other ad-hoc work as required in the team
  • Ensure Finance processes work effectively and efficiently and make recommendations to continually improve and refine processes
  • Assume additional duties as assigned
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with 3-5 years PQE
  • Finance Business Partnering experience (at ExCo level) and managing a large cost base
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft outlook tools
  • A great teammate with a flexible, results driven approach; able to manage multiple deliverables without sacrificing attention to detail or efficiency of work production
  • A strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude
  • A strong communicator with interpersonal and client service skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to accumulate, organize and assimilate large amounts of data

Nice to have skills

  • Experience within the Asset Management industry
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Anaplan, or other financial reporting software a plus

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
