Your opportunity: This is a 12‑month graduate Programme from September 2026 focusing on first‑hand experience in the regulatory change team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on‑the‑job learning, skills training and networking. Successful graduates will be considered for full‑time positions at the end of the Programme.
The Programme is designed to provide you with an in‑depth insight into how change is identified and managed within an asset‑management business, and exposure to the various functions within an asset manager that are impacted by those changes. Over the 12‑month period, you will:
- Support in identifying, assessing and researching the impact of new or changing regulatory change on the Janus Henderson business.
- Produce summary regulatory analysis/reporting to allow senior members of the firm to understand current regulatory developments.
- Support and contribute to the Regulatory Change Forum, fostering a broad‑based awareness of applicable financial services regulatory developments at JHI.
- In partnership with compliance and legal teams, assist in providing advisory support across the business on regulatory developments and contribute to the implementation of regulatory change.
- Maintain awareness of how Janus Henderson is implementing regulatory change within each department, escalating and providing challenge if implementation is at risk.
- Contribute to the evolution and development of the operating model for the Regulatory Change function.
- Contribute to communication efforts for regulatory development.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills:
- Graduated from an undergraduate or Masters degree in 2025 or be graduating in 2026 and available to start full‑time work from September 2026.
- Strong interest in financial markets and current affairs.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Naturally curious and willing to ask questions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Desire to work and succeed within a collaborative team.
Nice to have skills:
- Compliance, risk and control experience in a financial organisation preferred, including any knowledge of asset‑management regulation.
- Change management skills.
- Understanding of the asset‑management business (front, middle, back office) desirable.
