Your opportunity involves joining a fast-paced, client-focused Sales team and playing an integral role in supporting client activity across EMEA & LatAm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone aspiring to build a client-facing career, develop core sales skills, and work closely with Sales Directors while contributing to a high-quality client servicing function.

Fluency in English is required, along with native-level proficiency in one or more EMEA or Latin American languages — with particular interest in: German, Spanish, French, Italian, or Arabic.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Sales Directors across EMEA with day-to-day client activity.
  • Developing your sales career path through hands-on exposure and meaningful client interactions.
  • Handling ad-hoc enquiries from prospects and internal stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
  • Coordinating RFPs and mandate searches alongside the RFP team, from initial review through to submission.
  • Managing the PM Marketing meeting process — including pre-meets, prep notes, materials, and roadshow coordination.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Working closely with Marketing to support regional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assisting with event planning, on-the-day support, and effective follow-ups.
  • Overseeing the flow of new leads from events, webcasts, and other channels.
  • Maintaining high-quality, accurate CRM data for the region.
  • Monitoring and responding to the team’s shared inbox, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Building collaborative relationships across the wider EMEA & LatAm Client Group.
  • Contributing to additional tasks and projects that support overall team success.

Must have skills:

  • Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in one or more of the following languages: German, Spanish, French, Italian or Arabic – written and spoken.
  • Proactive attitude and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to act on own initiative is essential.
  • Good communication skills – ability to liaise confidently at all levels.
  • Team player – able to work effectively with all members of the team and other individuals throughout the company.
  • Flexible and able to adjust quickly to business requirements.
  • Experience of Financial Services, either Asset Management or Banking.

Nice to have skills:

  • Excel and PowerPoint – Advanced level.
  • Educated to degree level (preferably in Finance or Business-related).
