Your opportunity: This is a 12-month trainee programme with a start date from September 2025 focusing on gaining first hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking.

You will:

  • Support for research studies on compensation concepts and marketplace practices
  • Coordinate and manage data for participation in market compensation surveys and analyze results
  • Assist in job evaluation studies to formally match roles to the market
  • Develop management and employee communication materials to support JHI’s global compensation programs
  • Work with compensation partner to facilitate the annual compensation round
  • Carry out other duties as assigned
